14-Day Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Items must be free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, or signs of wear

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories & jewelry
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will make it right as quickly as possible.
